Vibe icons

The cards on the main page show exactly one icon based on the venue's main vibe (e.g., breweries will show the beer icon).

Restaurant

Pub/Dive,
Brewery/Taproom

Cocktail Bar

Wine Bar

Japanese,
Asian Fusion

Mexican

If a venue has more than one vibe tag (e.g., a cocktail bar that's also a restaurant), the icon that appears on the card is the most representative vibe (roughly drink-focused vibes get priority over food-focused ones).

Card colors

The card background isn't random: It uses the same vibe system as the icon. The same priority logic decides the tint, so a card's color tells you its category at a glance.

Note that Pub/Dive and Brewery/Taproom share a color and icon, as do Japanese and Asian Fusion.

Tag colors

• Pink Deal tags: Beer, Wine, Bar Bites, etc.
• Blue Vibe tags: Restaurant, Pub/Dive, etc.
• Green Neighborhood: Choose Minneapolis or St. Paul, or pick a specific neighborhood

Status badges

These badges only show up when you're looking at happy hours happening today.

• Ends in 2 hrs Still going; green fades to amber to red as it gets closer to last call.
• Ends in 5 mins Happy hour is ending imminently; order quickly!
• Starts in 30 mins Hasn't started yet today.
• Ended today Already over for the day; check back another day.

Verified

✓ Verified means someone actually confirmed the deals and times in person, with the date they checked. No badge just means we haven't re-checked it recently; it doesn't mean the information is wrong.

Day & time filters

• Day pills: Pick a day or leave it on Today. Tap an active pill again to clear it.
• Time slider: Pick a specific time and see what happy hours are happening then.
• Morning / Lunch / Happy Hour / Late Night / Now: These check for any overlap with that window.
• Note: Windows are inclusive at the start, but exclusive at the end. That means a happy hour starting when a window opens will show up, but a happy hour starting when a window ends won't show up (e.g., if you set the range from 2pm to 4pm, a happy hour starting at 2pm would show up, but one starting at 4pm won't).

Map mode

Pins are colored by vibe. Click a card to see it highlighted on the map, or click a pin to open the quick view with more detail.
